Medication Management

Dr. Hanita Chhabra, M.D.

I am proud to have been born and raised in Baltimore. My parents are physicians and I feel honored to serve the same community that my parents cared for during the last five decades. My early training was in Obstetrics and Gynecology after earning my Medical Doctorate from Jefferson Medical College. However, I realized that I was best suited for psychiatry. This resulted in my transfer from OBGYN at Johns Hopkins Hospital to the University of Pennsylvania for residency in Psychiatry. It was a privlege to serve as chief resident during my final year.

I am a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist who currently serves as Medical Director to My Mental Health, LLC. We are a group psychiatric practice originally located in Glen Burnie now with an additional location in Pikesville.I work full time caring for adult clients predominantly in our Glen Burnie location. My particular practice focus is treatment resistant depression. I take an extensive psychiatric history and then establish a diagnosis(es) and treatment plan. Im very knowledgeable about medications, especially when treatment resistance is involved.

When medications fail to offer sufficient relief, I am pleased to offer TMS therapy and / or Esketamine to improve chances of improved outcomes. I am honored to be part of My Mental Health, LLC. We are group of like minded Mental health professionals who share a passion for helping our clients feel their best. I appreciate your trust in our care and I look forward to working with you!

Yael Schreiber, PA-C

Pikesville Office

I am a certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor of Science Degree in PA Studies from Touro College. After completing my training in 2006, I began my career with work in Pediatrics, General Surgery, and surgical specialties. Following that, I spent over four years practicing Physical Medicine and Rehabiliation at a busy Baltimore practice. My longtime interest in psychiatry, psychology, and psychopharmacology led me to transition to My Mental Health in 2015. I consider it a privilege to participate in a practice that offers such cutting-edge modalities as TMS, genetic testing, and both group and individual psychotherapy. My role is to provide safe and effective medication management of psychiatric conditions. I am committed to doing so with respect, compassion, and attention to each patient’s particular needs and circumstances.
